mgr Manuela Moszyńska

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University, International Administration at the University of Management and Banking in Poznań – Wrocław branch and postgraduate General Management at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw (all completed with honours). Inspector at the Dzierżoniów County Council (1999–2007), Marketing Manager at FHU REMAL in Dzierżoniów (2007–2009), Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Public Administration Consultants (ISO SKAP) in Dzierżoniów and an ISO 9000: 2015 auditor and auditor of Quality Management ISO / IEC 27001 information security management system (2009–2016), specialist at the Finance and Legal Department of the Department of Artistic Education of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2012–2017), Head of the Administration Department (since 2017) and Rector’s Representative for Persons with Disabilities (since 2021) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Since 2000, she has collaborated with the Polish Association of the Blind in Dzierżoniów. In 2003, she co-founded the “Life without Barriers” foundation and the “Academy of the Third Age” association. Member of the Board of the Blood Donors Club at the County Police Headquarters in Dzierżoniów (1999–2005). Awarded with the title of “Meritorious Honorary Blood Donor”, 2nd class (2004).
